Conseil Scientifique

Le Conseil est composé de dix personnalités scientifiques exerçant leur activité à l'international se réunissant au moins une fois par an. 

Ses membres évaluent les équipes postulantes, et proposent à l'ENP des orientations scientifiques ou stratégiques.
